I take mobile and web products from idea to store release: I design the architecture, own the technical decisions and stay responsible for how the product behaves long after launch.

I start from the product requirement — model the domain, separate the layers and split the solution into modules a team can keep extending. I carry every piece end to end: API contract, error and empty states, tests, code review and release.

I have shipped apps in telemedicine, e-commerce, education and finance, and I give back to the local developer community through open-source packages. Turning a complex requirement into a simple interface — and explaining the trade-off behind it to the team — is part of the job for me.

      Built the video and audio consultation stack on LiveKit/WebRTC with simulcast and adaptive streaming; FCM push signaling delivers calls reliably when the app is in the background or terminated.

      Integrated Payme and Click gateways — WebView card registration, deep-link return flows and a clean order/payment status state machine.

    • Architecture

      Established Clean Architecture with BLoC, GetIt/injectable DI and feature-first modularization across the ecosystem; keep the code consistent through code review in a team of three.

    • Flutter Web

      Built a CRM operator panel (Kanban lead pipeline, real-time WebSocket chat, Bitrix24 telephony) and a clinic reception panel (orders, commissions, sales analytics).

    • AI & chat

      Shipped a Gemini Vision food scanner and real-time WebSocket chat with voice-message playback.

    • Releases & OTA

      Own store submissions end to end (privacy declarations, ATT, SKAdNetwork); resolved App Store and Google Play rejections; rolled out Shorebird code push across both apps.
